Promotion energy efficiency and environmental sustainability

In a context that Environmental Sustainability is a ever growing concern, at a national and international level, in the purchase options of consumers and in the actions of the companies, their workers and stakeholders, PT-SI tries to stimulate daily its workers and business partners to adopt, in a more innovative, growing and sustained way, more “environmental friendly” behaviours”..

Thus, and regarding the scope of PT Group Sustainability Policy, PT-SI has an Environmental Sustainability Program in action, with various actions developed in 3 scopes of action, with different goals:

• Consumption / Residues: to reduce energy, water and paper consumption and enhance residue separation.

• Environmental Awareness: to increase the worker’s environmental awareness and incentivize more ecological life styles adoption and cascade spreading.

• Sustainable Mobility: to reduce CO2 emissions resulting from fuel consumption due to commuting and service travels.
